OVER  50 YEARS OF EFFICIENCIES. A WAY MADE BY DILIGENCE AND CONTINOUS EVOLUTION.

With the strenght of two generations, Annibale Group has been able to ride with success the challenge in the field of special and standard cold forged products.
Born in 1955 as mechanical workshop, after ten years it has inverted its own identity changing from a company producing spare parts to a company producing fasteners.
The route of maturity and growth has enlarged itself under the juridical aspect too: the company has been formed as individual firm in 1955, has changed in S.n.c. (Copartnership) in September 1985, then in December 1986 has become S.r.l. (Limited Company) and finally in 1992 a S.p.A. (Joint-stock company). The way undertaken in these 55 years has been guided by the will to reach and maintain the best quality of the product as possible. The quality is guaranteed from severe procedures and from the most elaborated control systems, through a vertical integration process; quality demonstrated also from the large number of well-established customers – more than 400 all over the world. It has been about a long and meticulous process from which the formation of the Group has arisen.
Annibale Group is today a solid and dynamic reality which makes use of around 200 collaborators between employees and indirect workers and which has at its disposal a commercial net open towards the entire world.

Besides Annibale Viterie S.p.A. takes parts of the Group :

• Annibale Impianti S.r.l. which deals with the designing, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the machineries and systems useful to the companies of the Group, and with the realization of electrical panels and automation systems.   
• Euro Componenti S.r.l. which carries out manufacturing of sheet cold forming, vibro polishing, selection and packing, in addiction to all the special machining processes – rolling, grindings, drilling, threading – which are useful to the realization of special products.
• Sima Immobiliare S.r.l. is an estate company that manages the lease of commercial and private industrial properties.
