The Story of the Group:

1955

1957

The company moves from Via del Teatro, where it was born, to Via Caramagna and changes his name in Annibale Virginio Mechanical Workshop. Following up it will change again its name in Annibale Virginio s.n.c. (Copartnership).

1980

In the view of a policy of profits recapitalization, own philosophy of Mr Virginio Annibale, and of a more effective management of real estate exigencies of the company, at the time in fast expansion, is formed S.I.M.A. Immobiliare: company which deals with the transfer of industrial grounds.

1985

Together with the beginning of a deep reorganization of the company strongly willed by Domenico Annibale, son of the founder, on 25th September Annibale Virginio s.n.c changes its name in Annibale Viterie s.n.c.

1986

In December of this years Annibale Viterie changes company form, shifting from Copartnership to Limited Company.

1992

The fast growing up of the Group at italian and european level pushes Annibale’s family to convert the company in a Joint-stock company, giving the name, which still carries today, Annibale Viterie S.p.A.

1995

1996

With two different deeds, both dated 8th July, the Tecnomeccanica changes its name in Annibale Meccanica
Tthe Annibale Impianti is formed, third company of the Group, with the aim to manage the design of the machineries necessary to the production of both Annibale Viterie and of Annibale Meccanica.

2001

On 2nd February of this year Eurocomponenti Ltd. officially borns. This new company manages some of the special machining processes of precision in the view of a more and more direct control of the productive process oriented towards the continuous improvement of the quality of the method and of the product.   

2006

With the aim to give a clearer and more precise structure to the Group, which by now is made up of five companies, on 27th December Domenico Annibale ratifies the forming of the Annibale Holding company.

2008

On 5th December 2008 the Ancler Fastener Services Ltd. officially borns. Sole company sited outside the province of Cuneo, it has been created in order to serve with more quickness the littler customers and retailers too.

2011

On 20th December 2011 Annibale Group has acquired an interest in BO.MA UNO Ltd., a company specialized in the field of mechanical technology and in some field of precision machining processes such as gears and shafts, in addiction to complessives and mechanical components. The interest has allowed to the Group the entrance in a strongly synergistic market with its own existing business, and has further well-established his presence in the local area with a total of around 200 collaborators and a turnover of more than 30 millions of euros, entirely realized in the province of Cuneo.    

2013

Annibale Group naturally places itself towards more and more new and ambitious targets, in a politics of continuous growing up and strengthening.  Come to the end of a deep internal riorganization and rationalization, in the near days the company aims aboveall to the increase of its own productive capacity, to a better and better, if possible, internal efficiency and to an intensification of its commercial presence on the abroad market, with the objective of an increase of its own italian and european market share.
