The Production

In Annibale Viterie S.p.A. technology is of its home. Advanced techniques, modern and efficient machineries together with a know-how, result of over 50 years of experience, are constantly at the service of the customers. The principle of “Just in time”, the maximum reliability of the production and of the quality represent the print which follows the productive cycle.
The transformation of the raw material, carefully selected and controlled, through a cold heading process, takes place at Annibale Viterie’s plant. The finished product can be supplied rough or submitted to superficial treatments such as polishing, phosphating, white, black, green zinc-coating and dacromet. In the plant there are also, beside a very modern division of cold forging equipped with presses till five heading stations, the classic two stations, the auxiliary divisions of wire drawing, rolling, shearing, and as last step of the production a division for the packing furnished with a robot. A similar equipment allows the company to cover the market requests totally.

The productive capacity of the installed systems reaches 800 millions of pieces per year.
